I love love, LOVE painting my nails. If you had told me a few years ago that I would be sitting here writing about the colors of my nails and loving it, I would have thought you were crazy. In high school, I was teased because I refused to paint my nails with anything but clear polish so that people couldn’t see if they were chipped or not. But things change and priorities shift.
Now when I paint my nails, instead of clear, I use juice nail polish. Why? Because juice nail polish is vegan and free from formaldehyde-free chemicals like toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde, and formaldehyde resin which are found in conventional nail polishes. Plus there are 60 different shades for every season imaginable!

I discovered an organic nail polish company called Juice when I found out that I was pregnant. All of their polishes are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and vegan. Every polish is water-based and contains no formaldehyde, toluene, or DBP (they also don’t test on animals!). In other words – you can safely drink your manicure! How to use them
In only a few steps, you can cover your nails in juicy color! You’ll need to wash and dry your hands first. Next, dip your finger into the jar of polish remover and gently brush it across your nail beds until the entire nail is clean. Once the nail is free from old polish, generously apply two coats of any color juice nail polish to the clean surface.
The colors are water-based, so they will not chip or smudge for days. Make sure that each coat dries before applying the next coat for longer-lasting colors. For an extra glossy finish, apply a layer of topcoat after each coat dries.
