How to Check Your Zong Number? Your Zong number is like your phone number, but it’s used to verify your account and bill your minutes to your number. Most Pakistani people have Zong numbers, but those who don’t can get them easily with a few simple steps. This article will explain how to check your Zong number quickly and easily so you can use it to make calls in Pakistan or anywhere else in the world!
Step 1: Sign in to your account
The first step to checking your Zong number is signing into your account. You can do this by going to the website and entering your username and password. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free. To start with, enter your mobile phone number, then enter a valid email address.
On the home page of your account: To find out what your zong phone number is from within your account’s home page, click on My Account on the left side of the screen. Next, go to the Basic Info tab at the top of the page and scroll down until you see Mobile Phone No. Once you find it, it will display your 11-digit mobile phone number as well as when it was last updated.
Step 2: Enter your mobile number
Checking your Zong number is easy and only takes a few steps. First, you’ll need to have your mobile phone handy. Enter your mobile number into the text field on the website. Once you’ve entered your mobile number, you should see a confirmation message letting you know that your request has been received. Next, it will ask for your 16-digit IMEI code which can be found by entering *#06# on your phone.
The IMEI code is unique to each device so make sure you enter the right one! If you are having trouble locating your IMEI code, check with your service provider or contact Zong’s customer service line at +8801070002100. You may also contact them via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of this page.
Step 3: Click the Mobile Telecom Display Order button
Once you have logged in, click on the Mobile Telecom Display Order button. This will take you to the next page where you will be able to see your current Zong number as well as any other Zong numbers that may be associated with your account. If you have multiple Zong numbers, you will need to select the one that you want to view the details.
In this example, we are going to be looking at our primary Zong number (which is highlighted in blue). You can then click on the View Details button to access all of the information about this particular phone line including but not limited to; the date of activation, phone type, and network provider.
Step 4: Select My Service Type from the dropdown menu
After you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to the main page. On the top right-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a dropdown menu. Select My Service Type from the menu. You will then be prompted to enter your mobile number and follow the instructions on the following pages.
The next steps are rather simple as they just require that you enter your name and fill out your mobile number with your phone number and other contact information for account validation purposes. You will also need to provide information about yourself such as date of birth, mailing address, email address, etc., so make sure that all of this is accurate before submitting.
Step 5: Select View My Profile from the dropdown menu
You can check your Zong number by logging into your account and selecting View My Profile from the dropdown menu. This will bring up your account information, including your Zong number. You can also find your Zong number on your monthly statement. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service for assistance. The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to set up your password so that only authorized people can access it.
We recommend that you use strong passwords with different types of characters, numbers, and letters (case sensitive). Once you’ve chosen your password, click Confirm Password and create another one as well. In addition to having a secure password, we also recommend activating two-factor authentication on your account. To do this, go to Settings > Security > Enable Two-Factor Authentication then follow the instructions provided by Zong Customer Service Representatives.
Scroll down until you see your MPIN, IMEI, IMSI, Sim Serial Number, Country Code, and Zong Number (this may be labeled as ID). This information will also be included in your billing statements from Pakistani telecom companies. If you have any trouble locating your MPIN, IMEI, IMSI, or other information mentioned above, contact your cellular provider.
