You can also add custom foods like pancakes or waffles by typing them in the add custom field. In addition, we have included a favorite foods list so that all you need to do is click on your favorite food from the list and then put in how many servings (ex: 1) and how many calories (ex: 120) and it will calculate how much that food contributes to your day.
