Don't Fall in Love with the Villainess

Don’t Fall in Love with the Villainess: A Spoiler Warning

Don’t Fall in Love with the Villainess: Lately, you can’t turn on the television without seeing the latest high-quality drama with a female antihero at its center. The popularity of shows like How to Get Away with Murder and Scandal has been well-documented, but what happens when you fall in love with one of these villains? Spoiler alert, it does not end well. Here are three reasons why you should avoid going down this road, no matter how intriguing she may seem…

The Villainess Concept

The latest movie to captivate me is The Witch. I don’t want to give anything away, but it is about a very unstable and scary woman and what happens to her daughter when she abandons her on the doorstep of a colony of Puritans. I have yet to watch it myself, but after watching the trailer my heart started racing! There are also some other new movies that sound intriguing that have just come out. One called Blade Runner 2049 has Harrison Ford reprising his role as Rick Deckard and Jared Leto as Niander Wallace.

Another one is The Mountain Between Us which stars Idris Elba and Kate Winslet who play two strangers who survive a plane crash and must find their way to safety while being hunted by an unknown killer. Last but not least there’s a mother! which stars Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Ed Harris, Michelle Pfeiffer, and many more famous actors. It’s about a couple whose home becomes overrun by unexpected guests for dinner – or something much more sinister?

What Are Spoilers?

A spoiler is an event within a TV show, book, movie, or another piece of entertainment that you don’t want to know about before you see it for yourself. It is information that may significantly alter your perception of the story. As long as you are aware that some spoilers are coming and do not mind being exposed to them, then feel free to read ahead. When reading this blog post, there will be spoilers.

A villain is the main antagonist of a story; but what if they are also the love interest? What if they’re meant to be? What if they break down our walls and we fall into their arms because there’s no one else we can turn to? Don’t fall in love with the villainess, as Alice says, but sometimes we cannot help who we fall for.

Why would you want to watch a spoiled series?

You’ll enjoy this show much more if you can go into it blind and not know who’s really at fault. However, there are a lot of reasons why people might prefer to watch a spoiler video or read spoilers. It may be that they have a deep love for the show and need any information they can get on it. Or maybe, this person doesn’t have time to actually sit down and watch the show but just needs an update on what’s been happening recently.

They could also be someone who has watched the show before and want to see how their predictions stack up against reality. There are also those who want to experience it as many times as possible, so knowing what happens beforehand won’t ruin their fun (there is always something new to find out).

If you already know how it ends, why don’t you stop watching?

If you have already seen this show, please stop reading! If not, continue. I can’t really tell you how it ends without spoiling anything, but let’s just say it’s not a happy ending. The beauty of reading is that the pages are limited and you know that there will always be more to come.

Movies and shows are unpredictable; if they don’t do well at the box office or get canceled, then they end abruptly. With books, there are no commercial breaks or cancellations–there is only one way for them to end, so we have time to savor every twist and turn along the way.

don t fall in love with the villainess – chapter 5

The problem is, I have fallen hard for her. And she has definitely fallen for me. This whole situation is already a bit of a high-wire act, but as we inch closer to whatever is going to happen, my love for her only grows. I can’t seem to figure out what’s real and what’s fake about her. It’s like she keeps showing me this other side of herself that begs for approval, then crushes it when I get too close. It’s almost like there are two people living inside her–one who wants to do right by everyone else and one who wants to do wrong at all costs.

don t fall in love with the villainess – chapter 6

I never considered that she would be such a hazard, an embodiment of death and destruction, the ultimate foe. How could I have known? If there’s one thing I can tell you it’s this—don’t fall in love with the villainess. Her true self is darker than any protagonist. She’ll ruin everything for you. Don’t do it. She’ll ruin your life like she did mine. What kind of person are you if you choose to continue reading her story? Do not buy into her charm and don’t even think about getting close to her. Once she gets what she wants from you, she’ll leave without looking back.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it’s better to enjoy a movie without any hints of potential sequels or remakes. When you’re not relying on it for your own entertainment, it’s much easier to pay attention and enjoy. Plus, you never know when you’ll be thrown off by what they tell you’s coming next. If that happens, it can ruin everything for you. It’s best to just enjoy the story as it unfolds before your eyes; otherwise, don’t get attached!
